A window into machine performance
OCS, the Online Control System, is Dalla Corte's Internet of Things platform for remote monitoring and management. Its current introduction includes a machine map, alerts, remote software updates, extraction statistics and trends, settings changes and service-request management. Available capabilities depend on the machine, installed equipment and system account.
Which parameters can be reviewed?
The manufacturer's description lists group and boiler temperatures, extraction doses, alerts, timers and beverage counts. Access by phone, laptop or computer helps managers and technical staff review several locations. This information supports quality follow-up and service planning; it does not replace technical visits or physical maintenance.
Compatibility and access conditions
The newer dedicated OCS page names EVO2 and ZERO PLUS, while the ICON product table still lists OCS as an option. Because these lists differ, availability should not be assumed for every machine in a family. Activation, version and communication equipment must be confirmed by the technical team. Online use also requires internet connectivity and access to the manufacturer's service.
OCS is separate from Kia's Service Club
OCS is the manufacturer's own system for compatible machines. This website's Service Club is designed for installation records and the representative's internal follow-up. Access here does not create an account or permission to use the manufacturer's OCS.
